This site is provided to describe how Las Vegas Paperless Solutions may serve business needs for assistance with digital Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems--paperless office systems--and related matters.  Permission to use this site is granted subject to all of the following terms of use.  Anyone not fully accepting these conditions is not authorized to use this site.  By accessing and using this site, each user accepts all of the terms without limitation or qualification.

Jurisdiction:

Las Vegas Paperless Solutions, LLC is a Nevada limited liability company that does business under various Service Marks, including Las Vegas Paperless Solutions, lasvegaspaperlesssolutions.com, and lvpaperless.com.  Las Vegas Paperless Solutions maintains this site from Clark County, Nevada, USA, and makes no representation that this site or any content on or accessed through the site is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.  Each site user is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation the requirements of the various US, international and other laws governing the usage of computer technologies.  Each site user agrees that this site and any legal action or proceeding relating to this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA without reference to its choice of law rules.  Each user further agrees that if any action or proceeding shall be brought against Las Vegas Paperless Solutions and/or any of its agents and/or affiliates, Las Vegas Paperless Solutions shall be entitled to choose both the jurisdiction of its own preference and whether the action shall be judicial or by binding arbitration.  That decision will likely select Clark County, Nevada regardless of where in the world the user accessed this site or is located, and it may select binding arbitration under Nevada law.

Limits on Internet Security:

Even though Las Vegas Paperless Solutions keeps all information confidential as described in its Privacy page, potential customers should not submit any confidential, proprietary or otherwise sensitive information through the Internet without appropriate encryption or other security arrangements due to the inherent limitations in the Internet.  Confidential information which needs to be disclosed prior to final potential customer decision on an engagement should be noted in a preliminary submission (without disclosing the actual confidential information) so that arrangements can be made for a preliminary confidentiality agreement and submission of the confidential information by fax, express courier or other appropriate means.  Las Vegas Paperless Solutions provides secure encrypted peer-to-peer collaborative workspaces for its customers to ensure smooth and secure communications during installation.  See our Contact and Request Proposal pages for more internet security details.
